The panniers are made to fit to Harley-Davidson 2014-2018 Touring Models FLT, FLHT, FLHTCU, FLHRC, Road King, Road Glide, Street Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra-Classic. They use the same hardware as OEM saddlebags (not included).
